Shipping & Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our hot sauces and food products, we cannot accept returns once a bottle has been opened or the safety seal is broken. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Haul

    Check your hot sauce bottles immediately upon arrival to ensure all safety seals are intact and no breakage occurred during transit.

    Document Damages

    If a bottle arrived broken or leaking, skip the cleanup for a moment and take a clear photo of the damaged item and the shipping box.

  • 3.
    Contact Support

    Email our Heat Support team with your order number and photos of the damage to initiate a claim for a replacement or refund.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once approved, we will ship out your replacement sauces or process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
